The Cradle of Civilisation
-
Written by Richard Newman
The teachers as the Marxist inspired educators are up to their usual tricks, by lying to the children yet again. This time it is the origin of our civilisation.
The Leftist Loony’s are touting the idea that all life originated in Africa and that we are therefore all African! The left fail to understand that by touting historical figures such as the likes of Martin Luther King and Jimmy Hendrix, they ignore real African heroes such as Tacfarinas and Shaka. Of course they also ignore Calgacus and Rhodes for the same reason, as they wish to place us all as a mud people with only Marx and Engels as our icons.
The African historian Cheikh Anta Diop wrote extensively about pre-colonial Africa and the origin of African civilisation, from the viewpoint of the African Nationalist. He was also a racialist, arguing quite correctly that Africa was made up of many racial sub groups. This view is supported by British academics such as Professor Betty Huxley (I spoke to her for many hours on the subject). His most controversial subject was Egypt, and the role which was given to the various races.
Marxist Theory argues that the origins of civilisation can be traced to Africa, confusing such notions with the origins of mankind. They refer to modern assumptions made possible by DNA mapping, and promoted by Chris Stringer and Peter Andrews argued in their out of Africa model.
The argument for the origins of modern civilisation being in Africa is flawed because the basis used by scholars to establish civilisation by the presence of agriculture and urban settlement are different geographically. Therefore, in Western Civilisation the area between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers can continue to be regarded as the cradle of our civilisation, in the same manner that the Indus River and Yellow River are for the Indian sub-continent and China.
Here is where the argument falls flat, as even using the out of Africa theory, the truth is that the various civilisations which developed, were independent and separate. It may be argued that ancient civilisations traded and communicated, but they were different. They were a product of their cultural identity and heritage as defined in ethnic nationalism and as interpreted by historians such as Arthur Kemp. This theory is practiced in the immigration policies of countries such as Israel, Ireland and Turkey.
This concept of Ethnic nationalism and the principle of Jus Sanguinis can be compared favourably with Cultural Nationalism which places greater emphasis on a national identity shaped by shared cultural traditions and language.
Liberal Nationalism, or to use its more common term Civic Nationalism and the principle of Jus Soli is inspired by the works of Jean-Jacques Rousseau, it places emphasis on a national identity voluntarily adopted by any person born within the territory of the nation.
The argument, regardless of where mankind originated, can be gauged by where our separate civilisations began, and were shaped by ethnic and cultural Nationalist characteristics, instead of the flawed Enlightenment theories of civil/liberal dogmas.
To deny that British and European civilisation was great is to deny the greatness of Chinese, Indian and of course African and American civilisations as well. It is our right as an indigenous people to celebrate our shared heritage and culture in our homeland in a manner similar to people in other parts of the world.
To deny us that right as the Marxists and Civic/Liberal Nationalists are conspiring to do is just crazy!
